Dr. Ebahim Karbassioon is the Chair of the Department of Economics at Eastern Illinois University.
He received his B.A. from the National University of Iran, M.A. from the University of Kansas and Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
He joined the faculty of Eastern Illinois University in 1980. His areas of interest include Managerial Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, International Economics and Development.
