There are several opportunities for professional activities this semester.  (e.g., Math Energy Meetings, EIU Math Conference)  For each hour of professional activities
you attend (max. 2 hours) you will receive 2 percentage points added to thegrading category of your choice.  To receive the extra credit you must type a 1-2 page
reaction/reflection on the activity.  (e.g., What did you learn?  How does it connect to your experience as a student?  Future teacher?  Our class? Etc.)  Turn in your
paper within one week of the professional activity.  Indicate in which category you would like the extra credit.
