During the 2005/06 school year, eight eighth grade CMS students were selected for the WCMS Weather Team. They worked under the supervision of EIU student - Dale Subaitis. These enthusiastic students arrived early each day to research, produce, and broadcast weather reports for viewing during afternoon announcements. Members of the team included Kacie Rankin, Marissa Woodfall, Thomas Barger, Brandi Coffey, Holly Wohltman, Adam Drake, Brittany O'Dell, and Casey McKinney who contributed excellent snowflake images.
