For those of you wishing to update your webpages, we have a sound dreamweaver tutorial. While some of it (the screenshots) is outdated if you are now using Dreamweaver MX, I would note that we continue to use
- the section on the department's .css (or stylesheet). That is, insert the following bit of code <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://www.eiu.edu/~history/include/history.css" type="text/css"> in the <head> </head> of each webpage to insure that all department pages have the same look (logo in upper left, etc.).
- If you are modifying your own pages, we ask only that you provide a link back to the history faculty page, and/or the history dept. page.
