Write a comparative review of Cardoza’s biography of Mussolini. The first part of the essay should compare the life of Mussolini with that of any other contemporary (born within a decade either way of Mussolini): how did ideas and events shape the actions of the two individuals?; what is their comparative significance for world history? The second part of the essay (at least one third) should examine the strengths and weaknesses of Cardoza a biographer? For the second part use two book reviews (list to be provided) of other biographies of Mussolini to compare the points on which Cardoza chooses to focus.
