This is "similar" to Gauss's Law:
The line integral of B dotted into ds around a complete loop is proportional to the current I passing through that loop.
or The line integral of the dot produce of the magnetic field B and the infinitesimal line element ds around a complete loop is proportional to the current I passing through that loop.
