In 1963, Robert
Carlisle opened Robert Carlisle Realtor, a Homes for Living
franchise. In 1979, the company was purchased by Dale Newell and
Jasper Mangiaracina. In 1984, Dale Newell acquired sole interest in
Robert Carlisle Realtor. In 1988, Linda Nugent, licensed since 1981,
purchased the company from Dale Newell and renamed the company Linda
Nugent and Associates.
