50-46 communicates a lot of correct information, includes no incorrect information, information is relevant and interesting to the audience, excellent development of topic, presenter’s understanding of topic appears fully developed

44-40
communicates sufficient information with no incorrect information, information is relevant and interesting to the public but less than above category, sufficient development of topic, presenter’s understanding of topic appears fairly developed

38-36
communicates some information, some erroneous or vague information present, information somewhat uninteresting or irrelevant for audience, development of topic slightly superficial, presenter’s understanding of topic appears slightly superficial

34-30
communicates little correct information, information uninteresting or irrelevant for audience, little or no development of topic, presenter appears to have only superficial knowledge of topic

presenter appears unprepared
 

Organization
20-18
presentation obviously organized into sections, logical flow of information, easy for audience to follow presentation

17-16
presentation obviously organized into sections, logical flow of information, easy for audience to follow presentation but less than the above category

15-14
audience notes intent to organize sections but has some difficulty in following presentation, audience may lose point of information or not follow flow of information easily

13-12
little or no effort to organize information, presentation difficult to follow

presenter appears unprepared

speaks unclearly, fails to make connection with public (looking down, shuffling feet, hands in pockets etc.), presentation completely read or recited, no visual aids

presenter seems unprepared
