Here we consider a uniform rod of length 1 with constant thermal properties.  Both ends are iced, k = 1/10, and the rod is initially heated to 100 degrees.  Below we animate the temperature distribution for 6 seconds. Only the first 15 terms in the infinite series solution to the Heat Equation are used.
