Here we consider a uniform rod of length 1, with constant thermal properties and k = 1/10.  The left end is insulated, the right end is iced, and initially the the rod is heated to 100 degrees.  Below we animate the temperature distribution for 20 seconds. Only the first 15 terms in the infinite series solution to the Heat Equation are used.
