offering Microsoft Office User Specialist Certification in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook. The MOUS certification is the only comprehensive program designed to validate Microsoft computer applications. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be fully refunded within one week of each workshop. After that time, a substitute may be sent. Late cancellations not only deprive other participants of attendance, but can force cancellation of the entire workshop.
