The following aspects need improvement.
	Avoid the use of lists
	All narrative should be in 3rd person, past tense -not "I see that ….", but rather "it was observed that…"
	Abstract should  mention results and final conclusions
	Use "observe" not "see"; "placing" not "putting"; "obtained" not "got"
Introduction
	Lacks background information on organism or system studied
	Lacks 1-2 sentences describing what was done and conclusions from your results
Material and methods
	Narrative should not include results, but only methods
	Narrative does not give enough detail to reproduce experiment
Results
	Narrative does not adequately describe the results
	Narrative lacks the reasons for doing the experiments
	Table and or figures are not properly refered to in text, e.g. "…show an effect (Fig.1 and Table 1)."
	Results improperly includes interpertation of data
